You can see the status of your application on the Tranch dashboard, simply log in https://tranch.com/auth/login, navigate to your invoice and you’ll see the following statuses:
Pending - application incomplete or being assessed by the underwriting team. If it’s been more than 24 hours since you completed your application, simply resume the application on the dashboard and the journey will prompt you for further information if required.
Processing - The application is complete and you have selected and confirmed loan terms. The loan requires final approval by Slope before payment can be made
Paid - Payment has been initiated, your supplier will receive the funds within 1-2 working days
Ineligible - Unfortunately you have not been approved for an installment payment plan, please proceed to pay the invoice in full.
